Laser Engraving
Laser engraving is an imprinting option in which the surface of a product is engraved with a laser beam. With the use of a laser, for example logo’s, lettering or even images and be added on the surface of a product. The laser engraves into the surface, in which the engraved figures lie lower than the surface itself – creating a kind of structure.
Pad Printing
Pad printing is a printing option in which a desired figure or image can be printed on a round surface by means of flexible stamp. Figures can be printed in single or multiple colors. Pad printing is limited to relatively small images (up to a maximum size of 10cm2).
SilkScreen Printing
Silkscreen printing is a common printing option that can be applied on a wide range of different products and materials. This method of printing is suitable for large, straight surfaces (on average, the dimensions are 38cm2), because the desired figure is stretched over a frame. In the case that a figure needs to be printed on a rounded surface, pad printing is preferred.
Stamping
Stamping is a printing option wherein a desired figure/ shape is pressed into the surface of a product. This is a method that requires a lot of force to deform the surface material. It is not possible to choose other colors, but instead the material itself is used and deformed to apply the desired figures, lettering or logos.
