CNC Machining

CNC machining is a material finishing process that can be used to improve dimensional as well as tolerance precision. Machining includes various operations, including lathe, milling and cutting. These operations are often combined with a casting production method (check out: high/ low pressure (die) casting and gravity casting) and can be offered for both small and large production series.

If there are higher requirements for the desired tolerances, we also offer computer-controlled (CNC) machining in addition to the possible surface treatments as a finishing process. CNC machining includes various processes, in which a piece of raw material (metal or plastic, among others) is cut into the desired shape by a controlled material removal process. CNC machining can be used for production from aluminum full, flat, round, hexagonal bar or strip, as well as cast parts, to achieve the desired tolerances.

Our production locations have advanced CNC machines, where quality and accuracy are guaranteed. Many finishing operations, such as turning, milling and cutting are possible in both small and large series.
